Terms of Use

Please read the following important terms and conditions and click Accept before you can be granted access to Yokonet.

  • Only dealers in good standing who have submitted an application form will be pre-authorized to use Yokonet

  • You, the dealer or customer, are responsible for indicating the level of access to be assigned to your authorized user(s) who can use Yokonet on your behalf as per the Yokonet application. Yokohama will grant the level of access as authorized by you

  • Yokohama and Yokonet, logos, names, and all contents in this site are trademarks of Yokohama Tire ( Canada ) Inc. and cannot be reproduced without our prior written consent except as permitted in the Yokohama Authorized Dealer Agreement

  • You agree to abide by the terms of the Dealer Agreement

  • All categories of product are only available from your normal nearest default Yokohama warehouse except for:

    • HPT product is available online from any Yokohama distribution centre in Canada , and

    • OTR product is not available online

  • Quantity limits for checking stock and placing orders online are as follows:

    • HPT, PCR, LTR max. 100 units per item per order

    • TBS , IND max. 32 units per item per order

    • OE max. 2 units per item per order

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and Password. Any transaction entered on this site using your User ID is your responsibility and will be processed by Yokohama .

    • Never share your UserID and Password with anyone

    • Do not save your login information in your computer

    • Do not login more than once at the same time with the same User ID

    • Always Log Out to end your session

    • If your User ID and Password have been compromised you must contact Yokohama to change the password

    • If an authorized user leaves your employ you must inform Yokohama to de-activate that user¡¯s User ID.

  • Yokohama is not responsible for any loss or harm you may experience in connection with your use of, or reliance upon the contents of, this site

  • If your session has been inactive for greater than an allowed period of time then your session may be terminated
